Answer to Question 1

B
Presenting five or six visuals per minute is an ineffective practice in the context of using visual
aids in presentations. Oversaturating a presentation with visuals loses an audience. One or
two visuals per minute is a good guide.

Answer to Question 2

C
The audience will judge a speaker as apprehensive when the speaker reads out the
presentation from visual aids. The speaker should deliver the presentation; not read it.
Reciting from memory or reading a presentation makes a speaker seem insincere,
apprehensive, and unprepared.
