Answer to Question 1

A
When responsible for closing remarks after a speaker has done poorly, you should briefly
thank the speaker for the information presented. Under no circumstances should you prolong
the closing remarks. If the speech was a poor one, the audience is probably tired and eager to
leave.

Answer to Question 2

A

practice to follow when introducing a speaker. Do not turn from the audience to face the
speaker you are introducing always keep your eyes on the audience.
