  In a study of whether or not a new weight loss plan is effective, the weight of individuals before the weight loss plan is started and the weights of the same individuals after six weeks is recorded. What is the test statistic for testing the hypothesis that the weight loss plan is not effective given n = 20, , and sd = 3.50?
