The payment also entitles the guarantor or surety to all. This right of subrogation does not arise until the creditor has been paid in full, but it does arise if the surety or the guarantor has paid a part of the debt, and the principal has paid the remainder property, liens, or securities that were held by the creditor to secure the payment of the debt.

what alternatives are available and have been considered by the employer.
While considering the alternative means of accommodation available, the employee must act reasonably and not put the employer through undue hardship.
