Answer to Question 1

Co-op owners cannot simply be evicted. The co-op will need to take action related to the violation of the rule and assess fees for non-compliance. Those who do not follow the rules cannot simply be evicted. The co-op must follow its own rules for handling rules violations and take the necessary steps, such as imposing a fine or fee, and proceed from there.

Answer to Question 2

FALSE
