Those with polycystic disease of the kidney are prone to developing congenital aneurysms characterized by the congenital weakness of the cerebral artery wall, with an actual aneurysm developing in young adulthood or middle age that may rupture resulting in hemorrhage.

Overcrowding within the uterus; smaller fetal size at a comparable stage of gestation; distention of the uterus promotes premature labor, leading to premature infants with reduced survival
