Answer to Question 2

Coronary bypass graft uses segments of either the saphenous vein or the internal mammary artery to bypass a coronary narrowing and redirect the flow blood. Coronary angioplasty involves dilating constricted areas of the coronary artery using an expandable metal hollow tube or stent, which is inflated under high pressure to crush the plaque and push it towards the arterial wall to enlarge the lumen.
