Answer: Heinz bodies typically attach to the erythrocyte membrane, whereas the other inclusions are embedded within the erythrocyte.

Answer to Question 2

Answer: Oxidative crises associated with G6PD deficiency cause hemoglobin to be oxidized to methemoglobin. This causes hemoglobin to precipitate out as Heinz bodies.
