A busy medical office manager advertised for a billing office specialist. She received nearly 75 rsums in response to the advertisement. Some of the applicants are skilled and some are not.

Answer to Question 1

The manager would have saved time by having an employment firm screen the applicants. If she had done so, the employment firm would have sent only those candidates who were qualified to the manager, saving the manager the time of having to go through all 75 resumes.
