Answer to Question 1

Sexual harassment can be thought of as any type of unwanted or unwelcome behavior, communication, or other action that is sexual in nature. This can apply to interaction beyond speaking to another person face to face; it can also take place in a virtual setting, or via any electronic communication. A few examples are those listed in the chapter:
Direct communication of a sexual nature, such as jokes, telling stories, asking questions
 Showing images with sexual content
Gestures or other actions that are of a sexual nature
Students are free to add any other examples or explain a previous workplace experience that involved sexual harassment.
