exam table, appropriate lighting, supply cabinets, stool, chair, hooks for patient clothes, and a way to provide privacy as patients change into the exam gown

Answer to Question 2

The dressing is sterile and is applied directly to the wound; bandage is not sterile and holds the dressing in place.
