Answer to Question 1

Answer: 3

1. The client who brushes off the statement might be exhibiting characteristics of antisocial personality.
2. Telling a client that it's your problem is a hostile message.
3. A histrionic person will blow the emotion out of proportion in an attention-getting manner.
4. Telling a client you are sorry for his loss is a normal healthy response.

Answer to Question 2

Answer: 3

1. A client with schizoid personality would not be in the day room, as such clients do not interact well with others.
2. The borderline client focuses more on negative happenings and emotions. A decreased self-image would not allow this client to think of monopolizing the television.
3. The narcissistic person believes that her wants and needs are paramount, and that her exalted opinion of herself is the same belief that everyone around her shares.
4. The antisocial person might try to change the channel in the TV room, but out of spite and because she can, not because she thinks it is her right to do so.

It is tightly attached to the skin below it, so it compensates for the increased area by wrinkling. This happens to the hands and feet because they have the thickest layer of dead keratin cells.
