2. When the narcissistic client follows unit rules, the goal of treatment has been met.
3. The narcissistic client would see nothing wrong with entering the nurse's lounge, and would not be demonstrating good behavior by doing so.
4. Raiding the refrigerator would be considered a right by the narcissist and is inappropriate behavior.

2. A client who is paranoid is not capable of concern for another.
