A client being treated for pediculosis capitis is concerned about spreading the infestation. How should the nurse explain the spread of this infection?

1. The skin color will depend on the severity of the electric shock and should be pink-to-red, not yellow.
2. The skin will not be blanched.
3. An electric burn will have a burn at the entrance point. The nurse examines the client for a burn at the exit point as well.
4. Unless the client developed gangrene, which takes time, there should not be a green tinge at the burn site.
