1. The skin color will depend on the severity of the electric shock and should be pink-to-red, not yellow.
2. The skin will not be blanched.
3. An electric burn will have a burn at the entrance point. The nurse examines the client for a burn at the exit point as well.
4. Unless the client developed gangrene, which takes time, there should not be a green tinge at the burn site.
