3. A couple is two people living together with or without being married, who are in a period of establishing themselves as a couple. Their tasks are to adjust to living together as a couple, establish a mutually satisfying relationship, relate to kin, and decide whether or not to have children.
4. This couple is learning to live together and have children.

1. This pressure is on the high side, and needs to be checked more frequently than every 5-10 years.
2. This is not a dangerously high blood pressure, and it would be inappropriate to advise the client to go to the hospital.
3. The blood pressure is a little high, and the client should see a physician.
4. The client with this blood pressure is advised to have the pressure checked at least every 2 years, if not more frequently.
