Answer to Question 1

Answer: B

Allergies and their reactions, such as hay fever, can cause a person to experience fatigue and to lose focus. Sleeping for 9 hours a night is sufficient. Working out in the gym will help counteract fatigue. Drinking a beer occasionally will not cause fatigue.

Answer to Question 2

Answer: A

Getting up with the newborn causes fatigue over time. If the parents take turns getting up, each parent will get a full night of rest every other day, which should help with fatigue. Medications to restore energy are not appropriate in this case. Asking someone to babysit once will not increase rest time. These parents need sleep, and increasing exercise is not a long-term solution for sleep deprivation.
