She is currently cycle-day 3 . The endometrium is 3.6 mm. There is a small area in the posterior wall with a small echogenic focus of unclear significance. The uterus is 7.5 cm in length, 4.7 cm in AP diameter, and 5 cm laterally. The fundus appears to be normal. The right ovary is 24 x 25 mm with 6 antral follicles. The left ovary is 33 x 27 mm and has 8-10 small antral follicles. There is no free fluid and no adnexal mass.
