A neonatal intensive care nurse has been taking care of Shelley's baby in the unit for the last eight weeks. The nurse has become friends with Shelley. The nurse befriends Shelley on a social networking site. This is a breach of professionalism.

1. Water consumption throughout the day should not cause an increase in the use of the toilet only at night.
2. Caffeine is a diuretic and, when consumed only after school, can cause increased urination at night.
3. The kidney function is normal for a teen if he/she is consuming too much caffeine after school.
4. Bowel movements will not influence urination.
