Safety education for caregivers of small children should include fall prevention. All of the following recommendations are true except:
 
  1. Do not leave children on porches or balconies alone.
   2. Keep windows from opening more than 4 inches to prevent toddlers from falling out.
   3. Use safety gates to block stairs.
   4. Always use a pressure gate at the top of stairs.
