Why does Scheidegger make a comparison between age rules concerning voting and driving and age rules
  relating to criminal sentencing?
 
  a. He argues that letting youth drive at a younger age is risky in the same way that letting juvenile offenders off easy
  can be.
  b. He is strongly against bringing age cutoffs into any conversation about our laws.
  c. He is trying to show that juvenile offenders should not be allowed to vote or drive.
