Why does Scheidegger make a comparison between age rules concerning voting and driving and age rules
  relating to criminal sentencing?
 
  a. He argues that letting youth drive at a younger age is risky in the same way that letting juvenile offenders off easy
  can be.
  b. He is strongly against bringing age cutoffs into any conversation about our laws.
