Marijuana can cause intrauterine growth restriction. Methamphetamines can cause spontaneous abortion. Cocaine can cause placental abruption (not previa). Heroin can lead to spontaneous abortion, intrauterine growth restriction, preterm labor/birth, or stillbirth.
