In ratio scales, the location of the zero point is arbitrary.
 
 Indicate whether the statement is true or false

Question 2

Interval scales are able to represent absolute quantities including a meaningful absolute zero.

Ratio scales have an absolute zero. This is what distinguishes a ratio scale from an interval scale because zero in a ratio scale has meaning in that it represents an absence of some concept.

Ratio scales do this. Interval scales do capture information about differences in quantities of a concept, however.
