Company side
What is it that the company is well suited to offer to its customers? What will the company's value proposition be? It is most desirable if the market provision has a clear point of differentiation, because commodities cannot sustain as competitively advantageous. Examples are similar to the customer side. For example, an outdoors sports company might focus on providing high-end climbing and kayaking gear. Or perhaps its focus is on more entry-level or used items.
