Answer to Question 1

D. The features of the business (size, cost, activity, product, logo, name recognition) and benefits go hand in hand; however, features never sell. Benefits sell. The benefits which the prospective franchisee or customer is looking for would help them feel better about life, make them more powerful, prettier, more comfortable, smarter, or richer. The desired benefit is the result the customer wishes to achieve. This is the reason why the prospective franchisee or the end consumer will purchase the product or service.

Answer to Question 2

d
