Answer to Question 1

D
A number of measures are used related to Internet and electronic direct marketing. They include response rates and measures such as calls generated per email, inquiries regarding messages covered in the presentations, revenue per execution, number of new orders (donors), repeat orders (donations), and size of average. In regard to e-catalogs, many of the same type of measures are used, albeit a bit more extended and complex.

Answer to Question 2
