Answer to Question 1

A
The abscissa is the X-axis and the ordinate is the Y-axis. A pie chart is circular and represents frequencies as distributed around a central point.

Answer to Question 2

D
A bar graph presents categorical information on the horizontal axis. A frequency histogram and a 3_D line graph present a continuous variable on the horizontal axis. Box plots were not discussed.
