3. Illustrate how due to the amount of space in rural areas, it is easier to hide illegal activities (for example, growing marijuana).
4. Close with a discussion of how rural law enforcement is underfunded and they have more area to cover. In addition, since many people know one another in these towns, they are more likely to be given a pass on a first offense.
