If you have a seriously injured child with no parent present and are not sure about obtaining parental consent, you should:
 
  a. err on the side of treating and transporting the child to the hospital
  b. wait for parental consent to avoid unnecessary litigation in court
  c. do nothing initially but if 10 minutes on scene passes, then care for her
  d. ask the opinion of your partner and call for law enforcement to back you up
