A 15-year-old is experiencing dizziness, wheezing, and difficulty breathing after eating a bagel. She seems very drowsy and has hives on her arms and chest. Her respirations are 32 per minute and shallow. Her radial pulse is 128 beats per minute and weak. You should first:
