Answer to Question 1

FALSE

Answer to Question 2

The four key ethical approaches are utilitarianism, individualism, the rights approach, and the justice approach. Utilitarianism is a means of making decisions based on what is good for the greatest number of people. Individualism is the belief that personal self-interests should be promoted as long as they do not harm others. The belief that each person has fundamental human rights that should be respected and protected is the rights approach. Treating all people fairly and consistently when making decisions is the basis of the justice approach.
