Explanation: C) The difference in the way that these two organizations motivate their employees may reflect different basic assumption of human nature. Organization X pays rewards which may indicate that they need constant extrinsic incentives in order to perform their job. Organization Y provides opportunities that better support employees' intrinsic motivation for their jobs and the underlying assumption is that people are naturally motivated to work and develop their skills.
