Answer to Question 1

TRUE

Answer to Question 2

Organizational justice is the study of peoples perceptions of fairness in organizations. Managers need to be concerned with how decisions are made and the manner in which they are communicated. Moral values refer to peoples fundamental beliefs in what is right and wrong. Moral values often are based on someones religious background. It is not the role of management to teach morality. Ethics refers to standards of conduct that guide peoples decisions and behavior. Management needs to establish standards of ethical behavior, train the employees, and monitor compliance. Social responsibility refers to organizational decisions that exceed ethical, legal, and public expectations. It often involves philanthropic activities to serve the wider community.
