7. If a group decision is involved, get as much participation as possible.
8. Seek alternatives to any decision proposed so that the final decision is the best one.
9. Keep the meeting upbeat and energetic.
10. Enjoy a little laughter.
11. Use the meeting to demonstrate your leadership.
