8. Seek alternatives to any decision proposed so that the final decision is the best one.
9. Keep the meeting upbeat and energetic.
10. Enjoy a little laughter.
11. Use the meeting to demonstrate your leadership.
12. Conduct a personal evaluation so that you can do even better the next time.
