Howard Schultz, CEO of Starbucks created a unique culture that is defined with his statement of We're not in the business of filling bellies. We're in the business of filling souls.

This statement recognizes the importance the CEO places on being a good corporate citizen and developing its employees. Taking care of people is a mantra in most companies these days, but few take it as seriously and as far as Starbucks, where all employees are included in training, skill development, and the building of a unique culture.
