Question 2

While conducting an interview, you find one of the participants to be unresponsive and quiet. When you draw him out to express his opinion, he explains that he doesn't like the idea of creating a new database.

The way they have been doing things has worked for a long time, and he doesn't see a need to change it. Changing it just means more work and it probably won't work as well as the current system. How would you handle such a participant?
