For example, to create the analytical information showing a pattern of use of ATM machines at different times of the day, we have to combine numerous instances of transactional information resulting from individual ATM withdrawals. Similarly, to create the analytical information showing sales trends over various routes, we have to combine numerous instances of transactional information resulting from individual airline ticket purchases.
