Answer to Question 1

D
Preparing for the NCLEX-RN exam should be a planned process. It should include taking a lot of practice tests so that the new graduate is prepared for the test format and structure as well as possible questions to be asked. Exit exams can provide new graduates with information regarding their weaknesses, but they should not ignore studying in areas that were noted as being their strengths, neither should they assume that they know it all and can trust themselves to luck by winging it without a clear study plan.
