Answer to Question 1

B
Several predictors have been identified that contribute to success on the NCLEX-RN exam. However, there are also some factors which may influence a lack of success on this exam. Unreasonable family demands or responsibilities is one factor/predictor that may contribute to not being successful on this exam. While test anxiety and light sleep may not be ideal for exam taking, they are not identified as being potentially detrimental.

Answer to Question 2

A
Successful teams work best when there is a supportive and conducive environment consisting of
physical (good space, noise control, privacy, and adequate seating), social (trust, mutual respect can
lead to improved interpersonal relationships), and political factors (support from administration and
potential external stakeholders).
