allows the scared nurse to get away. The next time the nurse manager works with the scared
nurse, the nurse should talk to the nurse manager about ways to stop the behaviors. Doing
nothing is incorrect as it seems to condone the behavior, overtly coming to the nurses rescue
may make the situation worse, and security is not needed at this point.
