3. During times of stress like this often good for both parties to step back and try to regain more composure.
4. This is a rash decision that would require more thought and more data to support termination. Typically HCOs have a process to document problems over time and there is no indication this is the case here.

2. Tablets and small laptops interfere less than a larger computerless of a barrier.
3. Reassuring staff is important, but does not address the specific problem.
