A teacher has been designing an assessment for their government class. When developing the test, the teacher made sure the test items covered the identified learning goals and the expected knowledge/cognitive levels. The teacher also made sure that during administration the distractions would be limited, the directions were clear and there was plenty of time to complete the assessment.
