Please could you help me with another one. Thank you

Answer to Question 2

Answer: 3

Rationale: It takes time for the nurse leader to gain experience as a leader, and it also takes time for conflict-management skills to improve. As one improves, so should the other, provided the nurse puts forth effort. Conflict management remains the most difficult part of communication, regardless of experience as a nurse leader. Conflict can be managed by anyone, and anyone who manages conflict at some level is a leader.
