Modifiers such as know, aware, and realize are less precise terms that have many interpretations. To increase or decrease by a specific percentage is a more precise term that has fewer interpretations. Each goal and objective should include a time frame for attaining the change (e.g., By June 15th ); the direction and magnitude of the change (e.g., Increase immunization levels to 95); the method of measuring the change (e.g., After the session, each participant will demonstrate ___).
