Medicare Advantage is essentially a managed care plan with a financial incentive to the insurance company to accept seniors, to create competition with the original Medicare. What is notable about Medicare Advantage?
 
  A. As a new program, no one has yet seen any problems with this aspect of Medicare.
  B. Insurance salespeople have been very careful in explaining this program to seniors.
