There is a great deal of conflict in health care today regarding cost, treatment, malpractice, jurisdiction, practice boundaries, consumer involvement, and so on. Essentially, these disagreements center on:
 
  A. How much care each profession will have to contribute
  B. How power will be shared
  C. How salaries should be determined
  D. Who will control hospitals and health agencies
