Answer: The annual report usually contains a minimum of nine sections (with more components of the report available on the company's Web site). The nine components are: (1) Company Highlights, (2) President's Letter to the Shareholders, (3) Description of the Company's activities (usually with pictures and graphs), (4) Management's Analysis of the company's performance, (5) The Primary Financial Statements, (6) Notes to Financial Statements, (7) Auditor's Report, (8) Financial Ratios , and (9) Corporate Information.
