A, B, C, D, E

Answer to Question 2

D
Feedback:
When the nurse focuses on the many obstacles that the client has already successfully overcome, the nurse is emphasizing function rather than dysfunction. Providing time and flexibility, recognizing and praising accomplishments, and preventing complications are not related to the obstacles that the client has already successfully overcome.
